Service Opportunities for Groups
Are you looking for a way for your small group to serve together at LifePlan? We would love to work with you to find the best project for your group!
Our small group opportunities include work projects, special events, and more. Group service opportunities can be arranged for groups of any size or age and can include a tour of our Centers as well as a presentation about LifePlan and pro-life ministry.

Work Projects
We always have work projects that groups can complete around our buildings. These projects can include both indoor and outdoor activities. Some current needs include:
- Niles front porch power washed, scraped, and restained
- Outdoor spring cleanup around both buildings
- Indoor spring cleaning for both buildings
Boutique in a Box
Our Boutique in a Box Service Project is a great opportunity for your group to serve your community while helping share about LifePlan! In this project, we provide you with everything you need to hold your own “mini-boutique” baby supply giveaway at a location of your choice. Your group publicizes the event beforehand, sets up the mini boutique at your church (or whatever location you choose), runs the boutique during a set period of time, and then cleans up and returns remaining items to LifePlan. This is a great way to share the love of Jesus with your community while raising awareness for the services of LifePlan.
Event Help
Would your group like to serve at one of our events? We have events throughout the year that depend on volunteers to run smoothly. Get your group together and volunteer for one of the following events:
- Baby Cakes Cupcake Contest (January)
- Hero Run 5K and 10K (April)
- LifeFest (Summer)
- Annual Banquet (October)
Hold a Baby Shower
Get your group together and plan a Baby Shower to help stock our boutiques! Your group plans, advertises, and carries out the Baby Shower and then brings the collected items to LifePlan. We will provide you with materials to help you advertise the event as well as a list of our current needs. You can hold a baby shower for your group with snacks and games or simply ask your group to bring baby items on a certain time or day. Items you collect are used to help families who have chosen life.
Design Your Own Project
There is no limit to what your group can do to serve LifePlan! Do you have a quilting group? Get together and make blankets for our new moms! Do you like to bake? Organize a bake sale and donate the proceeds to LifePlan. Do you like to sit and talk? Host a Rock-a-Thon where you sit together in rocking chairs (as if you were rocking a baby) and have people sponsor you.
Be creative and use your unique abilities to raise money and awareness for LifePlan – your group will make a difference for life!
