LifePlan Tournament Fundraiser

6:00 – SHARP Tournament start
Where: Plym Park Pickleball Courts- 401 Marmot Street, Niles, MI
Cost: Doubles only, $50 per team
This tournament is ideal for those just starting out in Pickleball, or with average to medium playing ability. All ages are welcome!
Teams can be any type: men, women, or mixed (male and female)
Medals awarded to top finishers!

Where: Plym Park Pickleball Courts- 401 Marmot Street, Niles, MI

Cost: Doubles only,

June- $60 per team
July- $70 per team
August $80 per team
The tournament will feature three divisions of competition (based on your pickleball player rating)
1. Men’s Doubles (9am)
2. Women’s Doubles (9am)
3. Mixed Doubles (1pm)
 Men’s and Women’s Doubles will be played in the morning, and the Mixed Doubles competition will be in the afternoon
We will be using a Dunlapx40 Pickleball. Play to 11, win by 2 gameplay.
A mandatory meeting will take place for the Men’s and Women’s Divisions at 8:45 a.m. on the courts.
A mandatory meeting will take place at 12:45 p.m. for the Mixed Double division.
Teams may play in both the morning and afternoon competition, but players will need to register for both events separately!  
Please include your partner’s name when you register online.

What amenities will be provided? 

Water containers will be provided for you to fill up your water bottles throughout the competition.    Snacks will be provided, but please bring your own food to help satisfy you as you compete.   Also, feel free to bring your own camp chair/ lawn chair if you are in between matches.    There is a pit toilet across the road from the courts, or you may use the restrooms in the YMCA just a short distance away. 

Will there be prizes? 

Medals will be awarded to top finishers, and giveaways will take place throughout both days of competition.   

What if I don’t have a partner? 

You must have a partner to register and play.   If you need a partner, you need to contact Greg Rensberry at gregr@lifeplan.org or call LifePlan at 269-684-6200 and ask for Greg.   We will do our best to match you with a partner, but there are no guarantees.   

What if I don’t know my rating? (only applicable for competitive tournament)

If your rating is under a 3.0, you will still be able to compete in the 3.0 bracket. Watch the video below to discover your player rating –>
