Each month, you will receive an update on how God is using your donations to make a difference for life. Your financial partnership will help us spread the Gospel by helping people choose life and live a Hope-filled life in Michiana!
Become a Life Ministry Partner
• First Time Donor? Click “First Time” and setup your Donor Profile.
• Already a registered donor? Simply enter your Email and Password.
• Forget your password? Click “Forgot Password”.
• Password must be at least 8 characters and must contain a combination of letters and numbers.
• Remember these login credentials! You will need them to access your Donor Profile.
• Select “Scheduled Giving” on the left hand navigation
• Select which fund you would like to donate to from the drop down list
• Enter your donation amount
• Select the frequency, number of installment and start date
• Add your card information and billing details
• Click “Activate Schedule” to start your recurring donation schedule
Level One - Client Impact
$25/month
Help cover the cost of one client through the entire Life Matters Program. Includes the following:
• 1 Pregnancy Test or STI Test
• 12 Life Matters Classes
• 12 Boutique Visits (100 free clothing items, plus other items client earns)
• 1 Diaper Bag packed full of new items for the client and her baby
• 1 Car Seat
• 1 Crib or Pack and Play
• A clear presentation of the Gospel and follow-up conversations
Level Two - Client + Outreach
$50/month
Helps cover everything at Level One plus expenses related to outreach into the community, such as the following:
• Materials for School Outreach
• Outreach Events at LifePlan (Baby Palooza Clothing Giveaways, Christmas at LifePlan, etc)
• Outreach Events in the Community (Sanctity of Human Life Month, LifeFest, etc)
• Speaking Opportunities and Materials
• Display Materials
Level Three - Client + Outreach + Facilities
$100/month
Helps cover everything at Level Two plus expenses related to our facilities such as the following:
• Office Supplies
• Maintenance Products
• Client Refreshments
• Administrative Expenses
Level Four - Client + Outreach + Facilities + Growth
$250/month
Helps cover everything at Level Three plus expenses related to long term, strategic growth of the ministry, such as the following:
• ReMade Teen Conference
• Satellite Campuses
• Ministry Team Leadership Development
• Fatherhood Initiatives
One Time Donation
If you are unable to commit to being a Life Ministry Partner, you can still make a donation at any time. Following is a list of items that your donation can help purchase:
• $10 = Pregnancy Test
• $12 = Jesus Storybook Bible
• $35 = STI Test
• $50 = Car Seat
• $80 = 1 month of Life Matters Curriculum for 1 location
• $140 = 1 box of Jesus Storybook Bibles
• $150 = Crib/Pack and Play
• $250 = 1 Ultrasound
• $400 = Sexual Risk Avoidance Curriculum
